User Names
User names must meet all of the following criteria:

• They must be at least 5 characters long.
• They cannot be longer than 20 characters.
• They can only contain letters A-Z and numbers 0-9. No other characters are permitted.

User names are not case sensitive. The user name "Peter" is the same as "PETER".

For security reasons, the following user names are not permitted: admin, username, password, administrator.
